What this Site is

The Site is an informational hub for BaiaWorks and our digital products. It does not sell financial services or custody money.

Our products

• Mis Deudas is a shared IOU / debt register between people. It does not hold real money, bank balances, or payment custody in-app.
• La Apuesta is a real-time FOMO auction experience that uses demo chips — not real-money wagering on this product.

Each product may have additional terms when you open or sign into it. Those product terms control the app experience.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the Site or related infrastructure
• Scrape the Site in a way that harms availability
• Misrepresent affiliation with BaiaWorks

Intellectual property

Logos, names, and content on the Site belong to BaiaWorks or their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and fair linking.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BaiaWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
